Since purchasing my Cleanco Compact 47 P.T.O. seven months ago I have been impressed by the consistency of the heat it produces. The heat always remains high from cleaning carpets to tile and grout cleaning, unlike my previous dual wand machine which would drop away during tile cleaning. Customers have commented on the quick drying time of their carpet as well as the quality of the clean. Being able to do flood extraction without having to hook up to water is a real bonus and time saver. I really like being able to operate the machine whilst the van is completely locked as this provides for greater security. I have been very impressed with its performance and reliability.

I just thought I’d drop you a line on our Cleanco Compact 47 P.T.O. now that it is 3 years old. As far as performance goes, as you know we run a two- man team with the P.T.O. We have surveyed our customers and they tell us the carpet is dry in 3-4 hours even when we dual the machine up. The water temp consistently runs at 230C +. We have the van and machine serviced about every 5000km so that both are not off the road at separate times for servicing.
The one thing I have noticed is the fuel savings. Since using the PTO for most carpet cleaning jobs, our fuel account is far less. We have also measured the amount of water we use on the average job and were surprised to see how little water it actually used. Overall we are really happy with the machine for the obvious reasons. It cleans carpets; it’s cheap to run and there is very little down time.

I am pleased to be able to tell you that I have found all my assumptions
regarding the running and operation of the Cleanco Compact 47 PTO to have been
proven. The most appealing feature has been a one-third reduction in
consumption of both fuel and water. The configuration of the water heating led
to a dramatic improvement in the water usage by the machine. I estimate that it
uses one-quarter or less of the volume of water I was using previously with no
loss of heat - a winner in my book. I have found the backup provided by
Cleanforce to be excellent and servicing costs very reasonable. The reliability
has been a standout which I must say leads to a very stress-free work
environment.
