As the demand for ‘green’ cleaning products increases from customers many carpet cleaners are now looking for alternative environmentally-friendly products to run alongside their existing chemicals as an upgrade option or a primary selling feature.

Do I need to come into the factory to make a purchase?
Not at all.

I’ve got to my first job for the day and my machine won’t start. It’s outside of normal business hours what do I do?
We provide an after-hours emergency telephone contact service to help you troubleshoot the problem. Failing that, we can arrange for the repair of your machine as quickly as possible and organise the hire of replacement portable equipment to keep you on the road. We will help you devise a regular maintenance plan to limit the risks of unexpected breakdowns in the future.
Where do I take my Truck mount/Portable for a service?
Whyte Specialise Equipment provides a full range of service and repairs by qualified and experienced motor mechanics. We also specialise in servicing unique carpet cleaning industry equipment, including all Truck mounts and Portable machine brands.
My Equipment has broken down I need a replacement fast!
We stock a full range of hire equipment including portables, wands, hoses and other vital equipment to keep you on the road and in business. We can also repair your machine and/or van and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. View our range of hire equipment here
I am interested in upgrading my current equipment but I don’t have time to get down to the factory for a demonstration. Can you come to me?
Yes. Our on-the-move demonstration vehicles house truck mounts and our Australian made portable range to provide a comprehensive view of the product range we offer.
I live outside of Victoria but would like to be able to view the range on offer. Can that be arranged?
Our on-the-move demonstration trucks travel Australia wide which means we come to you wherever you are.
