ABOUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Whytes Specialised Equipment 2/3 Dunlop Crt Bayswater 3153 Australia, and "you" means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

CURRENCY

All prices shown are in listed Australian dollars (AUD)

GST

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to our products, services, and prices, but we do not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to our products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to our acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order.

 

ORDER VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order we may verify your method of payment, shipping address  before processing your order. Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase our products or services. We may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by us until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided by you

You may Cancel your order prior to processing by contacting us via phone on (03)  9738 2633 or email at sales@carpetcleaningequipment.com.au. Once payment has been processed refunds may only be provided in line with our returns policy. Please note that processing of purchases usually takes place within 24 hours of receipt

RETURNS

If goods are damaged in transit or found to be default on arrival. Goods must be returned to factory for inspection at buyers cost.

If goods are found to be genuinely faulty you will be offered a replacement or refund. The freight cost of returning the item to the factory shall also be reimbursed.

 

PRIVACY

All effort is made to ensure all information you provide shall remain secure.

 

THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE

The information that you provide will not be disclosed or sold to third parties unless necessary for the fulfilment of your order. We are not liable for the actions of third parties in regards to the use of the information we have disclosed to them. We disclose this information only when absolutely necessary for fulfilment of your order and ensure to the best of our ability that these third parties will not use this information inappropriately.

 

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

All Credit Card information is collected and received via secure processes. Once your order is completed your credit card details are removed from the system in order to provide the highest level of security. No credit card information is held in long term storage it is only kept during the processing of the purchase. We may need to recollect your credit card information at a later date if a refund is effected.

 

SECURITY

Our Store follows the industry standard of Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.

When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear will appear in the border area of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".

LIMITATIONS OF POLICY

These terms and Conditions are effective only within our domain. We are not responsible for actions, claims, and representations made by other third parties linked to our site.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

It is your responsibility to provide accurate details and information when placing your order.

Any attempts to alter the contents of this site via sabotage, sql injection or any other means shall be reported immediately to the authorities and persuaded to the full extent of the law.

STOCK AVAILIBITY

While every effort is made to ensure that all purchases are dispatched in a timely manner sometimes delays may be unavoidable. If we are unable to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours we will contact you via the contact details you have provided to notify you of the delay. Payment will not be processed until the item is dispatched and you will have the option to cancel or proceed with purchase.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
