On order to achieve the best shipping rate possible for your order it is not generated automatically when you place your order instead it is determined during processing by a staff member looking for the best possible value.

On the Payment page of the website you will notice an option requesting us to inform you of the shipping rate prior to payment processing.

If this option is selected we will contact you during processing with the shipping amount prior to any payment being processed. You then have the option to continue or decline.

If this option is not selected the order will proceed with payment processing including the shipping amount. This amount will be at the discretion of the dispatch department.

A temporary invoice will be issued on completion of the order online only holding the total for products purchased as the freight amount is not know until processing begins. When the item is dispatched the final invoice will be issued containing the items purchased and the freight charges entailed

No packaging and handling fee is charged for the dispatch of orders only the direct freight charges

Shipping is provided Australia wide it can however extend international y on prior agreement
